We do not use essential oils, cbd or other components from the plant that cbd is derived from. This is a three month program with one zoom class a month. You will receive 90 inflammation buster and lung heal tea mix (use 30 per month), 3 - 2oz bottles of pain heal oil (use one per month), 12 -bath/foot soakes (use one per week for twelve weeks) and 60 - herbal smoke cones or loose herbal smoke blends (use five per week for twelve weeks), a weeks worth of full day green juice recipes. dietary guide with vegan recipes and admission to facebook group for additional support.
